Clove opens with a warmth you feel before you identify it — bergamot, clove and cinnamon together create something that is rich and spiced without being sharp. Nutmeg adds an almost woollen texture. The heart is where it becomes truly remarkable: tonka, vanilla and cocoa give it a smooth, almost edible sweetness that is checked by the labdanum and ambergris in the base. Sandalwood ties everything together with a long, woody finish. This is an attar perfume oil for cold evenings, heavy knitwear and the kind of days that deserve something exceptional.

How to apply
Apply a small amount directly to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears. Attar oils are concentrated; a little goes a long way. The oil will warm with your body heat and evolve through the day.
