Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on attare.co.uk, operated by ATTARÉ ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Questions can be sent to by.attare@gmail.com.

Products

ATTARÉ oils are attar and oil-based perfumes for external use on the skin. Each product page lists the ingredients declaration and allergen advisory. If you are prone to skin sensitivities, patch test 24 hours before full use. Natural ingredients vary slightly by harvest; colour and scent may differ a little between batches. Photographs are for illustration.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you order.

Offers

The Trio applies automatically when three eligible 3ml oils from Maison Rose, Silk Road or The Garden are in your bag; The Edition is excluded. The complimentary tote is added to orders of £65 or more, one per order, while stocks last. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may end without notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm despatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error — and will refund you in full.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders are despatched within 1–3 business days by Royal Mail Tracked. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations

For hygiene reasons opened or used fragrance cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items from The Edition are final sale. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Full details, and how this works with your statutory rights, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for reactions arising from use contrary to the product guidance or allergen advisory. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
